Human Mimetic Robotics

robotic hands, robotic arms, stiffness control, antagonistic control

In the near future, personal care robots working in homes or social welfare institutions will be required to be dexterous on doing collaborated works with humans under sustaining stringent safety for both people and environments. Our research group has been developing series of mechanical elements for human mimetic robots, which allow them to be intrinsically safe on their sophisticated performances.
